Health Ministry
The Health Ministry at Edmonton South is focused on providing cooking classes/seminars that adhere to God’s original diet plan which consists of fruits, vegetables, legumes, grains, nuts & seeds. It has been confirmed by scientists and doctors that those who eat lots of fruits and vegetables and reduce or eliminate food that comes from animals can improve their health quickly.

Cooking Classes
Participate in interactive cooking classes that focus on whole foods including oil-free, plant-based, vegan, and vegetarian options. Each class consists of up to three types of dishes to sample.
All recipes are simple, delicious, and healthy foods that lead to vibrant health and longevity.
